    Electric cable is adopted in transmission and distribution system of electricity.The XLPE cable with alternating-current rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and the cross-link XLPE cable of 35KV and below produced by us not only perform well up to the standards of GB12706,IEC60502 and IEC60840,but also have formed a series,ie.cables of flame-retardant model,refractory model,forts-proof model and water-proof model.

    The technique of oxide-blanket insulation has been successfully applied to the flame-retardant series.Not only have XLPE cable of 0.6/1KV and cross-link XLPE flame-retardant cable reached class A of GB/T12666.5 Test on bunched wires or cable,cross-link flame-retardant XLPE cable with rated voltage of 6/10KV and 8.7/15KV has also reached Class A highly flame-retardant qualification with a margin.On the basis of the cross-link flame-retardant XLPE series,we have developed the low-smoke non-halogen highly flame-retardant oxygen-tight electric cable,the low-smoke non-halogen degree of which conforms to the national standard of GB/T17651.1.2 and GB/T17650.1.2.In general, the cross-link flame-retardant XLPE electric cable produced by us has been in the leading position domestically.

    The refractory-modle cable produced by our factory is the copper-cored cable with the rated voltage of 0.6/1KV,low-smoke non-halogen refractory cable and highly flame-retardant cable,the flame-retardant performance of which is in conformity to GB/T12666.6 Test on fire resisting characteristics of wire or cable,so ,generally the electric cable of refractory series performs well.

     The water-proof cable conforms to the standards of IEC502-2.

2. Alternating voltage test
The electric cable is to undergo the test voltage of the corresponding industrial frequency in the table below for 5 min without breakdown;the U0 is 6-8.7kV cable test voltage in compliance with IEC 6052 from 2.5 U0 up to 3.5 U0; the cable with the rated voltage of 26/35(26/45)kV in conformity to IEC 60840 is to undergo the industrial frequency of 65 kV/30 min without breakdown.

3. Partial discharge test
The test voltage of local discharge of XLPE insulated cable with the rated volage of 6/6(6/10),8.7/10(8.7/15) and 26/35(26/45)kV is increased from 1.5U0 to 1.73Uo according to the internaltional standards of IEC60502 and IEC60840,and the local discharge capacity is 10pC or less for 26/35kV.

1. Power-cable lay notice
1) When cable installation parallel with heating pipes, the distance between them should keep 3m;When cross, should keep 0.5m.
2) When cable installation in parallel or cross with other pipes, the distance between them should keep 0.5m.
3) When cable lay directly in ground, the depth of 1-35 kv cable should not less than 0.7m.
4) When cable is installed (10kv or less) in paralel,the distance between them should be not less than 0.1m, 10-35 kv should not less than 0.25m; when cross should not be less than 0.5m.
5) The temperature of cable installation shoul not less than 00C. The bend radius: multi>= core=15 (D+d), single-core cable>=20(D+d). (D is rhw our diameter of the cable.d is the outer diameter of the donductor).
6) Cable connection (equal or large than 6kv)
[1] When cable end is installed, it must remove the demiconductor shield layer and should not injure insulation when operation. It should avoid knife trace and broken.When necessary , grind it with sand paper.The end fo shield should regular and cleen the carvon layer thoroughly.
[2] The copper-hand sheathed and the steal tape armor of the plastic cable ends must be grounding well. The short cicuit wire should be also according to the same principle in order to avoid induce EMF arise on the end of steal-band even "electricspark" and sheath burned accident when three-phrase unvalance.The grounding wire should use tinner knit copper wire,when connected with cable copper band, it should use tin weld with electric iron instead of blowtorch to avoid damage the insulation.
[3] Three-phase copper-hand should be connected with grounding wire separately. Attention should be paid that the shielded grounding wire and the steel band armor grounding wire should be outlet separately and insulated each other.The position of the welded grounding wire ahould as low as possible.
7) The basic requirement for cable ends and middle connection: A:Conductor connection wel. B:Insulation reliable, recommend use XL heat contracted silicon-rubber insulation material. C: Seal well. D: Mechanical strength enough and suitable enough and suitable for all kinds of working conditions.
8) Cable ends must be prevented from water and outer erosive materials. Avoid the insulation layers ageing led to broken through because of water.
9) The losding and unloading of the cable must use a crane, flatly transportation or putting is prohibited, for large scale cable manpower.
10) When cable can't be installed in time because some reason , it should be layed on a dry place to avoid Sun shine heavily and water going into cable ends.
Attentions: Wire and cable installation should be carried out by the person who is familiar with the features of the wire and vable or professional technicians, if there is still something still unclear, pleade adk corresponding technical department or technical department of ShangHai PuDa Limited Company.

2. The feature of cable using and installation conditions
1)PVC insulated power cable for the rated voltages up to 0.6/1kv
[1] The permitting temperature of continuous working of cable conductor:<=70 0 C
[2] The highest working temperature of cable in occurrence of short circuit: 1600C (the longest lasting period under 5s).
[3] After laying, the cable is to undergo the direct coltage of 3.5kv/15min without breakdown.
[4] Aerial laying
a. The center distance of the parallel laying of the single-core cable: 185mm 2 and below is twice the length of diameter of the cable; 240mm 2 and upwards is 90mm.
b. Temperature of the circumstance:40 0 C
c. The correction factor of current capacity is different circumstance temperature:
